[wisb] Osprey in South Milwaukee

Great surprise tonight as I drove past the Mill Pond on the (Grant  Park) 
Oak Creek Parkway in So Milw.  It was a novel siting of an  Osprey inland and 
overhead as it followed the watercourse upstream.  Too  much traffic to 
stop and watch, but there was a tall telecommunications  tower in its 
flightpath, and I wondered if the bird was checking this out for  future 
nesting.  
Note to DNR folk: this might be a plausible site for a  tower nest in the 
future.
