[wisb] OT - a safety reminder - waterfowl season starting

Just a reminder that waterfowl season in the southern zone (the southern 
half of the state) begins this Saturday (10/3) at 9:00 a.m.  You may 
wish to adjust your birding plans for the weekend accordingly to avoid 
public wetland areas.  I've been trying (without success) to ascertain 
the rules for the area immediately adjacent to Nine Springs (i.e., the 
MMSD Wildlife Observation Area,) since one of the handouts at a planning 
meeting I attended this summer listed "Waterfowl Hunting" as a current 
activity.  I had been under the impression that this was not the case. 
If I can find out anything more definitive, I'll post it.
