[wisb] Noel Cutright Migration Program - Lake Park Milwaukee this Sunday

I have seen this program at Grant Park and loved it.  Very informative and
really provided me with a good understanding of bird migration.  Plus it
give you an excuse to bird Lake Park before or after.  The program is free
to everyone.  Refreshments and cookies provided.  All compliments of Noel
