[wisb] No siting, just a thought.

Hi, 
As I see all of the sitings of the Black-necked Stilts at Horicon marsh I 
wonder if we are seeing the beginnings  of a real breeding population in 
Wisconsin a lot like the White pelicans and the cormorants before them.

I also wonder where Wayne Rhodes has been latety, I miss his posts.
