[wisb] NO Whistling-Duck, Avocet or RN Phalarope at Sink

Just to save a long trip for some of you, there were no Avocets, or RN 
Phalarope or Whistling-ducks at Shoverler's Sink this morning.
Hopefully something else interesting will make a rest stop there soon.
