[wisb] NJ eBird Article on Horned vs. Eared Grebes

As their numbers begin to build, there is bound to be occasional confusion
about which bird you are seeing!  Below is a link to the New Jersey eBird
website article on separating this pairing.  Be aware that the Eared
Grebe is rare here in WI and that you are much more likely to see a Horned
Grebe.  That having been said, dry conditions in the Plains during
Spring 2011 resulted in the Eared being reported in record numbers.  Will
it happen again this year?
