The public bird walk at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary came up with another
Summer
Tanager this morning, this was a immature male with red head going into gold
body,
different than the adult male seen on Thursday, with the possibility of 3 female
Tanagers seen earlier this week. What a year! We had 93 species this morning
with
19 species of warblers, Scarlet Tanagers, Indigo Buntings, Wood Thrush & Veery,
Yellow- Thr. Vireo, Hummingbird; lots of birders showed up today too, 45+.
