[wisb] Milwaukee Lakefront, 10/25 - Northern Harrier, BIGBY species #203 for 2011

On an otherwise very quiet mid-day for me I was heartened to see a Northern
Harrier following the Lake Michigan shoreline. I had just about relegated today
to "nice-day-for-a-walk" status when I saw the Harrier, my walking BIGBY
species #203 for the year!
