[wisb] Middleton - Tennessee Warbler

Yep. That's right. Already submitted the documentation. Four birders were
lucky to see and hear an early TENNESSEE WARBLER at Pheasant Branch
Conservancy this morning, mixed in with a flock of YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS.
I also saw my first BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER of spring. Over 40 species were
observed, including both KINGLETS, BROWN THRASHER, HERMIT THRUSH,
YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER, WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS, and a PURPLE FINCH.
