[wisb] Inca Dove-no Redpolls-yes Concordia

Dennis Gustafson, Daryl Tessen and I all looked for the Dove this morning.
Dennis had a small dove with a long tail fly by before I got there. This spot
is worth checking if you're in the area. I had about a dozen Common Redpolls
around the trail that leads down to the beach as I was leaving. There were also
several Siskins present.
