Donna Richards and I birded Horicon today from 11:30 - 3:00. Saw most of the usual suspects including the leucistic swallow on Dike Rd; little blue heron (just south of the 2 trumpeter swans north of the single tree on 49; a wonderful common moorhen family at the gazebo on the boardwalk off of the Tern Pike and great looks at an olive-sided flycatcher on the Tern Pike. -Daryl Christensen Marquette co. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature - the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after the winter." -Rachel Carson #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
