[wisb] Horicon Ibises

Thanks to those who reported the WF and Glossy Ibis along Hwy 49 today.
Found them just west of the pumphouse, along with a willet, Gr & Lesser
yellowlegs, BB plover and Wilson's Phalaropes among the usual marsh birds
all within 50 yards at one time, and just for good measure the was a
whooping crane in the background. Horicon Marsh Bird Festival starts this
weekend.
