[wisb] Help: binoc advice needed

My old Bausch & Lomb Elite binocs have a fatal flaw, so Bushnell has offered 
to make me a good deal ($329) on their 620142ED 10x42 Elite binoculars 
instead of repairing the old ones; that's $170 less than I can find them at 
anywhere on the web, but does anybody have any experience with these glasses 
to  know how well they work?
