[wisb] Green Bay, mouth of the Fox River

Stopped by there today about 2pm. Mostly the usual divers and a few Herring
Gulls. Common Mergansers, but no Red-breasted. Still two PELICANS. I was able
to find 19 BALD EAGLES. They were quite scattered, with most of them very far
out on the ice to the north.
