[wisb] Green Bay & Oconto SNOWY OWLS

Two more SNOWY OWLS were found at the mouth of the Fox river in Green Bay, as
well as the one that Daryl posted.
As far as the other two, one was on the northern breakwall (near the middle)
that separates the Bay from the boat slips that are on the north side of Bay
Beach Rd. The other was on the NW corner of Renard Island. It was visible (with
a scope), from the parking area
 near the boat slips.
At the harbor in Oconto, there were four SNOWY OWLS on the breakwall at 9:30a
this morning. Also, two SNOW BUNTINGS were seen on the breakwall. In the harbor
were 15+ HORNED GREBE, three HOODED MERGANSERS, and one CANVASBACK. From the
causeway, looking north, there were 30+ SWANS and large rafts containing
hundreds of RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS, a few COMMON MERGANSERS, GOLDENEYE, SCAUP,
and BUFFLEHEAD.
Lastly, four ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS and one NORTHERN SHRIKE were seen in the Oconto
Marsh, just north of the harbor on County Y.
