[wisb] FW: Apostle Islands piping plover update

Seeing another post on the subject, I thought I would email about the piping 
plovers in the Apostle Islands, and here is the response.  Maybe if people 
would like more regular updates, you could see below and encourage them to find 
a way to make that happen.
