[wisb] FOY RH Woodpecker- Wash County

Had a FOY Red headed woodpecker in my trees yesterday. It was actively 
chasing off a resident red-bellied woodpecker.

Still waiting for FOY Oriole, Grosbeak and hummingbird.  I normally see 
them the first week of May.
