[wisb] FAA Grounds Operation Migration

According to the Operation Migration website, the FAA has grounded the 2011
whooping crane migration in Alabama while the FAA sorts out the question of
whether or not the OM pilots fly for hire, which is prohibited. Please read
the
OM website (www.operationmigration.org) on this matter. Actions which can be
taken are to post to OM Guest book and contact your Member of Congress and
Wisconsin's two Senators. FAA needs to find an immediate way to get the
migration going again.
