[wisb] Dickcissels - Outagamie Co.

I have a new yard bird. DICKCISSELS! They are calling from a farm field
across the street from my home. I heard them as early as a week ago, but have
not had time to confirm their presence. Ater a morning marsh bird survey, I
took ten minutes to confirm an audio presence just now. They are on private
land and not in plain view of the road. I'm trying to get landowner permission
to get a better look.

This is a promising report as this area is dominated by agricultural fields and
old pastures. In addition, I have NOT heard a sedge wren in the five years
I've lived in my home.
