I talked to Nolan Kollath tonight - he said there is one really good area for shorebirds at Zeloski Marsh, not too far west along the bike trail on the north side. Viewing from that trail would obviously be better early or late because you're looking south, but you could also park at the end of Alley Rd. and take the trail that runs west just south of that parking lot. (Both of these access points are off of County Hwy S, south of Cty B and north of Cty A, a couple of miles west of Lake Mills.) You would then be looking north. Nolan will be leading a field trip there this coming Sunday (20th) for those who can't make it to Superior - meet at the Alley Rd. parking lot at 9 a.m. Peter Fissel Madison, WI #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
