[wisb] Case of the death of a Snowy in Sheboygan from starvation

jessie rountree, oostburg, sheboygan county
 
since hearing of the snowy found in sheboygan, at the power plant (suspected to 
have died from starvation); are we to report the appearance of other snowies to 
anyone in particular.  i had seen one in oostburg early in thanksgiving week.  
just concerned.
