At the Manitowoc Impoundment this evening Davor Grgic and I found 13 species of shorebird including one Buff-breasted Sandpiper and the previously reported Red Knot. And a Common Tern which Charles Sontag told us was unusual for this location. A Peregrine Falcon kept the birds on their toes.
