[wisb] Buena Vista Grasslands Jan 29

Cold temps and high bluebird sky ... perfect day to head down to Buena Vista 
Grasslands with the hope of finding the elusive Snowy. Passed a caravan of four 
vehicles out birding <g>

Located a number of Rough-Legged hawks and while the Snowy Owl eluded us 
(again) we managed to get some terrific views of four Short-eared owls. It was 
darned near gloaming when they appeared but it was enough to capture moody 
images. Awesome birds!
