[wisb] Black Scoter continues--Jefferson, Co.

The BLACK SCOTER continues today north of Bartel's Beach.  Today I saw it 
hiding 
beneath a docked boat.  Also unusual was a calling VIRGINIA RAIL from the 
cattails by the Millpond.  The Cedar Road Pond near Cambridge also looks good 
for shorebirds--a few Killdeer, 2 Spotted Sandpipers and 12 Least Sandpipers 
today.
