A few waterbirds are moving in, I had CACKLING GOOSE, BONAPARTE'S GULL, and
COMMON GOLDENEYE at Maslowski Beach in Ashland today.

Passerines are still moving through as well, and I had PHILADELPHIA VIREO,
BLACKPOLL WARBLER, and CAPE MAY WARBLER earlier this week along the lake in the
town of Washburn in Bayfield Co.

PEREGRINE FALCONS have been a fairly common sight in Ashland recently, with the
family that nested on the oredock still commonly flying around and calling on
the east end of town. I had a Peregrine at Prentice Park on the west end of
Ashland yesterday which may or may not have been part of that family.
