[wisb] ALERT - Cinnamon teal - Adams Co

I found  a male cinnamon teal swimming with two blue-winged teal. It was in a 
drainage ditch right at the intersection of 6th Ave. and Apache Ave. in Adams 
Co. and they flew northwest and started circling over the cranberry farm before 
I lost track of them.
