Anne and I were treated to a BLACK VULTURE about a 1/2 mile east of Wild Rose 
this afternoon.  No hesitation or confusion on the identification.  Last seen 
moving northeast toward Waupaca @ 1:30 PM.  Good luck on finding it. It was 
located on CTH E near the CTH K intersection.
