I think Christoph is right that 64 bit provides for a larger size spool file. If your job is spooling as EMF then a work-around, if it's feasible, is to force the driver to spool RAW as it tends to be smaller for larger jobs(especially if the source of your printing was a PDF and it's spooling to EMF). You can do this under the Advanced tab for the queue, uncheck the tick box "Enable advanced printing features". If it's already spooling RAW to a PCL format then if there's any way to modify the graphical content, either change the graphics printing mode between vector and bitmap depending on what it's already set to, or drop the printing resolution. As far as I can tell from searching, this is a Windows limitation. Does anyone know of any work-round to this issue?
