 "inertivity" ?


Without knowing the interpretation / meaning from the author.
"Inert" : means " unable to move or act" (as in Parkinson disease)
"Sluggish , lethargic"
"Exibiting no chemical activity" as gold , platinum and Helium, argon ,
crypton etc

-- so think of resistance to change or movement.
