Hi Gunnar

Can you be more specific? Is there a KB article or a white paper that
details this? I am the one that wants W2K3 on the server, but not at
the expense of functionality for the MAC guys....

Thanks

Russell

Russell,

Good luck getting 2003 server on your Mac guys. They are right in their
fight to have Windows 2000. Windows 2000 has some nice Mac features on
it that Windows 2003 dropped. MS gave up on their Mac support. If you
want 2003 server, offer to get a third party program that will do all
the neat Mac stuff.

        Hi Everyone

We're in the process of installing a new server for our guys in
the Mac department. I want to bring up the server with Windows 2003, my
boss wants to stick with Windows 2000. My big push is the Volume Shadow
Copy service. Are there any other advantages that I am missing? Any
white papers?

        Thanks everyone

        Russell
