Yes.  Use compmgmt.msc.  Works on Netapp filer also.

Is there a utility that will show who has a file open on a server volume? In
this case utils like procexp.exe aren't valid, since it could be any of
hundreds of clients accessing a share.
Also, will this kind of utility work on NAS devices (like a NetApp) as well
as regular Windows shares?
