Not that I'm Microsoft or anything, but I often delete old ones and have
never had any problems. But, I guess another question would be, why do
you want to? Are you running that low on disk space, or is it some
other reason?

Is it ever safe to delete uninstall information on a Windows 2000
server? Some of them date back to 2003.

All those folders in the c:\winnt folder with names like
$NTUniunstallKBxxxxxx$
