most of my users are dim so I get calls about passwords every day. =20

typical call for me:

"I have a message on my screen that says my password is going to expire =
in 5 days. What does that mean? I have a lot of important work to do =
today and I don't have time to fight with the computer"

Most ~users~ yes. I don't consider my department to be users. I don't
think anyone in my department has ever had a password issue, other than
the girl who works here who doesn't even know how to copy and paste
text. 8-O
