this is a very subjective question , depends on the apps you run.  However, if 
you download the command line tools archive from my site (www.wizbang.org.uk) 
there's a tool in there SMU that will show you session memory usage per session.
 
I beleive the official figure for an idle RDP session is 3.7Mb of memory usage !
