A straight web cam would be acceptable, showing the presenter if the video
quality/performance is pretty good. The physical logistics are this: it's
just a guy in an auditorium at a podium in front of a large screen giving a
PP presentation. I'm not sure who came up with the nutty Picture-In-Picture
idea, but we can kick that to the curb.

Another choice might be to use some sort of camcorder or something and stream the video, but that would take a bit more work.
