Unfortunately no. It can package any MS Visual Studio exe (C++, VB, J++, etc...) but not re-package someone else's. There is a light version of the install shield creator on the Win2K cd though... it is clunky, and requires some trial and error, but works. And then there is deployment via .ZAP files. Which, in my limit experience with it, is about as useful as breasts on a male bovine (t*ts on a bull).
