I'm ending this thread. Working on my DNS is starting to clean up this issue.

Okay, I just added the Everyone group into Allow Local Logon in the domain
security group. I don't like having it set this way but for test reasons we
will leave it. A normal users still gets the same error but an administrator
from the other domain can log on. OOooooo AHHHHH.

For a domainkontroller you would have to apply this in the "default domain
controller policy", or make a new policy wich you assign to the domain
controllers.

okay that is where i was heading in my hunt. However, my Citrix server is a
domain controller... no local policies... that is where I am stuck.

Then I would guess you have to change the local policy/group policy
regarding users who can logon locally to everyone instead of domain users or
whatever it is set to.

How about I put it this way: I have a citrix server in abc.com domain that
I want someone from xyz.com to be able to log into. Right now it says this
person is not allowed to log on interactivly.
