Why not setup the initial install to provide this. For example. Set things
up as the admin. Copy the admin profile to the All Users profile and set it
to have access by everyone. Should do it, no?

Ok, you've asked for it! ;) :
1. Mapping shared folders
2. Setting up Proxy on IE
3. Setting up Outlook correctly based on his login name
4. Setting up some shortcuts on the desktop that file on one of the mapped
shared folders 5. Setting up the network printer 6. Setting up default
screen saver and other minor things
That's all I can remember for now...
I would like to get that done the first time a user logon into a machine.
Does anyone use roaming profiles for most users??

Up to now, I was setting up every user on their machine the first time they
log in by hand... Its becoming a pain to do that, so Im checking out options
on how to automate that on windows xp machine in a domain. Any suggestions
and tips on where to get some info on that would be welcome. Thanks a lot!!!
Ps: no suggestions on the printer issue?
