Maybe I'm just being overly picky, but it kills me that you cannot
create a rule in Outlook like:

"Delete messages from so and so and REMOVE THE DAMN NEW MAIL ICON FROM
THE SYSTEM TRAY IF IT'S THE ONLY NEW MESSAGE."

It is for that reason that I do not automatically hide or delete
messages from myself.
