[windows2000] Question on IIS Logs

Ok this is probably just a simple question, but one that I do not have a
lot of experience with. IIS Logs: Can I just delete old ones, what do
I do to deal with old logfiles? Will it just overwrite them at some
point or can I just delete them? Part of the reason I think this is
complicated is due to the fact that the IIS server is running SUS so I
don't know if I will screw anything up.

Thanks in advance
