Hello, I was wondering if anyone has come across this before: I have a user
with Win2K on their workstation, when they try to print to a network printer
located on a Windows NT 4.0 Server from IE, Word, Outlook etc.., the PC
abrubtly shuts down. This has started happening since I loaded a PCL5, and
PCL6 driver on the server. I originally had a postscript driver loaded, but
that seemed to cause the Laserjet 2200 to spit out a message that it was
given an offending command.
Any ideas on why the PC would shut down?
Thanks,
Collin White
