[windows2000] Outlook

I'm using ModProf now and it works for the most part. However, my users have
lost some functionality. Mainly their personal addresses aren't showing up in
the TO: area. I know how to fix this but the check box for Outlook Address
Book is grayed out for all computers but me. What gives? I'm just a normal
user myself.
