She is an admin, but when in the recovery console it asks for the
password of "Administrator"

Is she not an admin? I know during most preloads of XP you must create
one user during the installation and that user is an admin.

Ok an off topic post, but president of the bank installed SP2 on her
machine and now it won't boot. I want to go into recovery mode and
clean it up so I can remove it and get her back and working. She says
she never setup an Admin password, but when I boot into recovery mode,
it asks for one and won't accept an empty password.
HELP!!!!! :-)
