[windows2000] OT: Windows XP Home Admin password

Ok an off topic post, but president of the bank installed SP2 on her
machine and now it won't boot. I want to go into recovery mode and
clean it up so I can remove it and get her back and working. She says
she never setup an Admin password, but when I boot into recovery mode,
it asks for one and won't accept an empty password.
HELP!!!!! :-)
