Yes they checked out several different software packages including Peoplesoft and settled on ADP. ADP also offers self service for timekeeping.

Depending on how big your organization is they have different versions. We use Enterprise and it is hosted in Chicago. The HR APP is a java client in a browser and the Payroll App uses Citrix and also Java to connect. We have a dedicated Frame that ADP put in just to connect to them.

It sure makes my job easier cause every time they have a problem all I gotta say is Call ADP Support that is what we pay them for!

We're looking to pick up some HR automation software (payroll, benefits, timeclock, etc.), does anyone have any recommendations, horror stories, favorite products, tips, etc.?

Been using ADP for years without issue. You can even have it hosted by them and connect via Citrix if you want.

Do your HR people like it?
