Don't know why It didn't dawn on me sooner, but when all else fails,
fire up the ol trusty W2K Pro! :-)  Did the nLite thing and everything
seemed to go right. The CD booted up and the install started, but it
still didn't load the RAID/SATA controller drivers. :-(  I'll play some
more when/if I have time during the week.
