That is my setup also. Check to see that there are not LMHOSTS and HOSTS files on the computers that are giving the computers erroneous information. That was a problem here when I changed IP address schemes and changed which computers were domain controllers. I think the domain controllers thing was most of the problem. I had entries in the lmhosts file that pointed to domain controllers that were now just member servers. Once I cleared those files the problem went away.
