[windows2000] More details on corrupt system

A couple of other symptoms of the system in question:
- None of the msc seem to work (It says the file does not exist (it does),
is not an MMC console or was created by a later version of MMC
- Control Panel does not open
If anyone has any suggestions please shoot!!! ; )
