[windows2000] Migrating from Win NT Wks to Win XP Pro

Hello,
I was wondering what is the best way of migrating a user from a Windows NT
workstation machine to a new installation of Windows XP Professional. I
tried running Settings and Configuration Wizard on the NT but that failed. I
am currently thinking about just copying all the information on the profile
of the user to the new user.
Any tips?
