I would have used the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT), if my =3D
intentions were to deploy AD on this new W2K server, but I want it to be =

normal standalone server. Hence, why I am looking for a utility that =3D
will allow me to migrate 600 user accounts (with passwords intact) and =
=3D
groups to the new system.=3D20

I really don't thing so because of the AD in Win2K as well as setting up =

the SID's etc...but...you may try this:

Ghost the current server, Install it on the new one then upgrade to =3D
Win2K server. This could conceivably work but I have heard from others =
=3D
that it causes a lot of problems and you should clean install Win2K =3D
server and then spend the time setting up all the new users/groups, =3D
etc....
